Paid 50/50 payment for commission price over 100 USD (first half before start working on sketch and another after confirm sketch )
I recommend bank swift code , BMAC or payoneer for payment over 150 usd/paid. With this amount of money PayPal in my country will pending your payment for 21 days. it's mean i can't start any work yet since i didn't recieve payment completely✨No changing commission detail after confirm the sketch. revision will charge more 20-50 USD/round.✨ If you want psd file / Clip file / speed paint(time lapse) please regconize artist before artist start working, it'll charge 50% of commission total price.✨ If you want private commission I’ll charge +75% from personal use price✨ Refunding need to ask before artist start working on commission, refund won’t happen if the work already finished.
if client ask for refund when artist still working on commission, client only got 50% refund of commission price with current work.
if artist can't finished in turn around time, client have right to asking for half/full refund. ( it won't be full refund if commission are finished.)✨ If client won't interact for commission update/sketch confirmation more than 3 months, artist have right to cancel the commission without refund and start working on next commission queue.
I would count that order as kindly donation✨ I’ll have right to use commission art work as my portfolio,patreon post and samples for my future commission open , Unless private commission.✨ Client can post commission freely. please credit me as creator/illustrator for art.
Working process
✨ send commission inquiry by mail or twitter dm, the inquiry need to have e-mail for send commission work and your payment method (paypal , wise , card or ko-fi)
please make sure you won't deactive/delete the account you're sent the inquiry in 6 months so we won't missed the communication.✨ I’ll calculate the price and turn around time back to the accepted inquiry, Clients can check commission status on my trello page.
unclear inquiry will have reply for more information. Please describe all detail as much as possible at first send, any request i can't do will got deny .✨ Client need to paid before artist start working on request. I’ll send the invoice or swift code in 72 hours after the invoice sent. All clients need to show pay statement to me as proof you already paid for commission and i’ll start working.✨ all sketch will deliver in 7 days.
For 50/50 paid, client need to paid second half after confirm sketch in 72 hours.
Client can freely request for revision or change some element on work in sketching phase. If you request for change cms detail/revision after confirm sketch i’ll charge for revision fee.✨ i’ll send update every week/month depending on work TAT until work finish.
client have right to asking for update anytime, but i mostly send update when i start new phase
( sketch>>line art >> base color>> rendering ) it'll go different due to type of work✨ i’ll send the finished work by mail. If you have any problem with file you can asking me for re-send anytime.
what is installment payment good for

✨i will accept this type of payment for commission over 500 USD.✨Client need to paid deposit upfront by 10% of commission total price (EX. 500 usd deposit is 50 usd)✨ Finish time are up to client. all sketch will deliver in 1-2 week. after recieve sketch you need to paid for commission every cycle for next process. you can paid before end of cycle or paid all left payment for make commission finish faster. my 1 cycle is 1 month✨if you're not paid for any cycle up to 2 month the commission period will end immidiately. you can ask me for deliver unfinish comms but if you want me to finish the commission you need to paid for all left payment to make your comms back in queue and it'll be last queue in waitlist.
(ex. you have 2 cycle paid left it's 400 usd in total. you need to paid all 400 usd to get your comms back in queue. it'll be work until done after you paid 400 usd)✨ you can request for redraw normally but i'll charge for redraw fee as same as normal paid.✨ installment paid have time set too. it's set to don't make commission period are too long for any unexpect reason. (Health reason/ accident / need to change all detail / etc.)✨ All payment need to done before send the work.

1 page will maximize at 8 panels. the average is 5 panel/page unless you choose 4 panels style.
The total number of page will depend to length and complexity of script/storyboard , artist have right for adjusting number of panel in the comic page , if your script are too long it'll have additional page.
I’ll take care for art creating part only. I won’t work on character design , storyline/plot , idea or reference searching. Clients need to prepare this themself. If not it’ll have additional fee for character/world design. please send discussion by e-mail.
